A quick note: some web browsers try to view Microsoft Word documents within the browsing window, this is an error. To download the Word document, PC users press the [SHIFT] key and select the "MS Word" document link. This will present you with a download box. Mac users, hold down the mouse button until a menu pops up and select "Save Link As" or "Save Target As" to grab the document.
