The Porsche Boxster is a beautiful car, both technically and visually it's a stunning creation in metal. I've always loved Porsche cars, the 911 Turbo is my favourite and this all new car has quite a presence when up close. It's a design masterpiece, a car that captures Porsche's long history while also conveying the latest styling and technology. On the power side, the Boxster has a smooth 2.5-liter, horizontally opposed boxer engine. This is the first Porsche six-cylinder engine that has double-overhead cams, twenty four valves, water cooling and is rated at 201bhp. The Boxster isn't just a all-out speed car, not by a long shot but on creature comforts (pretty much everything electric, or electrical as an optional extra) it's one comfortable ride too. As an extension of the Porsche range and name, the Boxster is a sure fire winner. With a waiting list for new ones' extending into next year and good second hand ones' hard to come by, the Boxster is a real treat and would be a delight to own.
