With such a
historic wealth of Renaissance art and architecture in and around the city, you can't
help but be impressed. Michaelangelo's famous David sculpture is there, and I hope
to put my study of this excellent piece of sculpture on-line with some of my own art
work, eventually.

This is a picture of the Duomo tower in
Florence, Italy. It's quite a climb but it's possible for tourists to get right to the very top of the
tower and see all the way across the valley that Florence is located in.
